Barre for All

Barre for All adapts to the needs of participants on any given day. It can be turned up or down according to levels of ability or the mood of the group. It is a great place to start if you are new to barre fitness classes and want to get the technique right or have the option to go at a slower pace.

In the studio the ballet barre is used but when taught online, classes use a chair for balance, support and to encourage an upright posture with core control. Props likes bands and weights are used to give a total body workout. Be ready to giggle as you tone the bits that wiggle and jiggle.

They are suitable for all levels of participants including prenatal and postnatal mums. Please contact us ahead of time if you have a health concern you need addressed prior to the class.
