BARRE FOR ALL

Barre for All adapts to the needs of participants on any given day. It can be turned up or down according to levels of ability or the mood of the group. It is a great place to start if you are new to barre fitness classes and want to get the technique right or have the option to go at a slower pace.

In the studio the ballet barre is used but when taught online, classes use a chair for balance, support and to encourage an upright posture with core control. Props likes bands and weights are used to give a total body workout. Be ready to giggle as you tone the bits that wiggle and jiggle.

They are suitable for all levels of participants including prenatal and postnatal mums. Please contact us ahead of time if you have a health concern you need addressed prior to the class.

BARRE AND WEIGHTS FITNESS

Barre and Weights Fitness gives you the best of both worlds in one supercharged 45-minute class.
We use the barre, balls, blocks weights and therabands to give you a cardio and total muscle conditioning class that is fun and motivating.

The class is divided into sections to focus on a different body area and uses different equipment, while providing modifications and options for all participants.

Lively instruction and a steady pace will keep you moving so you can challenge yourself and improve your overall fitness

CARDIO BARRE/PILATES COMBO

Cardio Barre is a time-effective combination of low-impact cardio moves and resistance band exercises. This class is similar to Barre Body Tone, but with more options to take cardio fitness to a higher level. Not recommended for prenatal or participants just starting out on their fitness journey.

This class can also be teamed with an extra dose of Pilates to get extra bang for your buck.

BARRE STRETCH

Do you need a bit more than your usual post exercise flexibility routine?

BARRE STRETCH will help you find bits that you didn’t even know needed stretching.
A 45 minute flowing flexibility class that uses the barre and props for an all over stretch and release but with particular focus on neck, shoulders and lower back. Be back at the desk with a smile on your face and body! different areas of the body for a complete, holistic workout.

This class is perfect for people who find it difficult to move up and down from the floor or cannot bear weight on knees or wrists.

BARRE YOGA

BARRE YOGA combines the strength, balance and support of barre classes with the grace and flexibility of yoga. The steady flowing sequences follow the traditional pattern of a yoga class, enabling participants to find their breath, warm up and then continue to work through the different areas of the body for a complete, holistic workout.

This class is perfect for people who find it difficult to move up and down from the floor or cannot bear weight on knees or wrists.

It is also suitable for pre and post natal clients.
