Georgia discovered Pilates Barre accidentally while completing an intensive rehearsal week in Sydney. Booking herself into a Yin Yoga class hoping to stretch out sore muscles, Georgia mistakenly went into the wrong studio and it turned out to be a high-intensity, advanced Pilates-Barre sweat session!
After recovering, Georgia’s love for Barre took off. She became certified and has been instructing ever since.
Georgia has also travelled the world for more than 12 years as a professional dancer and holds multiple regional and national titles for Irish Dancing. She loves teaching and spreading the joy of dance and movement.
