STRENGTH CIRCUIT FOR ALL

Join fitness instructors and personal trainers, Dimi Phisa and Cat Lane as they help you build strength and condition at a pace and level that suits your body.

Using barbells, free hand weights, resistance bands and body weight, these classes focus on the safe techniques and exercises necessary to build and maintain muscle tone and strength. With numbers limited to 10 participants per session, you can be assured you will be given close attention and instruction throughout.

BARRE AND WEIGHTS FITNESS

Barre and Weights Fitness gives you the best of both worlds in one supercharged 45-minute class.
We use the barre, weights and therabands to give you a cardio and total muscle conditioning class that is fun and motivating.

Each block of exercise focuses on a different body area and uses different equipment, while providing modifications and options for all participants. Lively instruction and a steady pace will keep you moving so you can challenge yourself and improve your overall fitness

PILATES FITNESS CIRCUIT

Weights and props will be your new best friend during this class. Challenge yourself to build strength and fitness with lots of variety; never do the same exercise twice! With short rest intervals scheduled into the class structure you’ll be able to catch your breath and perform exercises at your peak. This is extremely beneficial for your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and just makes you feel good about your workout.

CORE STRENGTH FOR EVERYDAY LIVING

Suitable for all ages this class is focussed on creating core awareness and building the strength you need to be free moving for every day life.
In addition to learning how to use your ‘powerhouse’, the session includes stretching, flexibility and joint mobility exercises which are integral to your body working efficiently as a whole. The class can be modified to use chairs, barres and other props to suit different abilities.
