Membership Terms

Please note that the following terms and conditions also apply to people doing Just Believe Fit's online classes.

General terms

Prior to commencing classes, attendees must inform Just Believe Fit of any possible risk to their health as a result of participating in the services offered. The member must inform Just Believe Fit of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate fully in classes.

The member understands that they are responsible for their own safety and welfare while exercising at Just Believe Fit.

The member specifically indemnifies and holds harmless Just Believe Fit, its owner and instructors from liability and claim for damages because of bodily injury, death, property damage, sickness, disease or any expense arising from being in the studio or participating in the Just Believe Fit classes and events.

The member must act in an appropriate and respectful manner at all times when at the studio. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or forfeiture of their membership.

UNLIMITED CLASSES 12-MONTH AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIP TERMS

The member agrees to purchase UNLIMITED CLASSES 12 MONTH AUTO RENEW MEMBERSHIP.

Once a member has fulfilled the minimum term (12 months), the contract/direct debit continues on a month-to-month basis if no notice of cancellation is given to Just Believe Fit. The contract can then be cancelled any time with no cancellation fee.

If the member wishes to cancel their membership, they may do so by applying in writing to Just Believe Fit (Email info@justbelievefit.com.au) with 30 days' notice. If the member does not wish to continue after the minimum term date they must notify Just Believe Fit in writing (Email info@justbelievefit.com.au)30 days prior to the contract minimum term end date.

If contracts are cancelled before the minimum term, the cost of the minimum term must still be paid. This condition may be waived under special circumstances at the discretion of the Just Believe Fit owner. The contract/direct debit can be transferred to another person with payment of a $50 administration fee.
The member may put their membership on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks and a maximum of 3 months, due to: (a) holidays (b) illness. If a member needs longer than this, they can apply for special consideration (Just Believe Fit will review requests on a case-by-case basis) or transfer their membership to another person who is not currently a member of Just Believe Fit (Transfer to another person incurs an administration fee of $50). Direct Debit payments will be transferred on to the new member.

Membership is based on the entitlement to attend Just Believe Fit’s classes. Failure to attend Just Believe Fit’s classes does not release the member from their obligations under this agreement. Two hours notice must be provided by the member should they wish to cancel class attendance. If a member with an unlimited class pass does not cancel the class within the specified timeframe, a $10 charge may be applied to the member's account at the Just Believe Fit owner's discretion.

UNLIMITED CLASSES 6-MONTH AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIP TERM

The member agrees to purchase UNLIMITED CLASSES 6-MONTH AUTO-RENEW MEMBERSHIP.

Once a member has fulfilled the minimum term (6 months), the contract/direct debit continues on a month-to-month basis if no notice of cancellation is given to Just Believe Fit. The contract can then be cancelled any time with no cancellation fee.

If the member wishes to cancel their membership, they may do so by applying in writing to Just Believe Fit (Email info@justbelievefit.com.au) with 30 days' notice. CASUAL CLASSES AND PACKAGES TERMS

Casual classes and packages are paid in full and are non-refundable. These can be transferred to another person with notice in writing (email info@justbelievefit.com.au) with 7 days notice (in this situation, the expiry date can be negotiated at the time of transfer.)

Casual classes expire after 1 month.
5-class pass expires after 3 months.
10-class pass expires after 6 months.

Two hours notice must be provided by the member should they wish to cancel class attendance. For members with a class pass, if two (2) hours notice is not provided, Just Believe Fit reserves the right to charge for the session.
If the member does not cancel class attendance and does not attend the session, Just Believe Fit will charge for the class.

PAID-UPFRONT MEMBERSHIPS TERMS

Upfront memberships are paid in full and are non-refundable.

The membership can be transferred to another person with payment of a $20 administration fee.

The member may put their membership on hold for a minimum of 4 weeks and maximum of 3 months, due to: (a) holidays (b) illness. If a member needs longer than this, they can apply for special consideration (Just Believe Fit will review requests on a case-by-case basis). The time will be added to the end of the upfront membership term.

Two hours notice must be provided by the member should they wish to cancel class attendance. If a member with an unlimited paid-upfront membership does not cancel the class within the specified timeframe, a $10 charge may be applied to the member's account at the Just Believe Fit owner's discretion.

ONLINE MEMBERSHIP PORTAL ADDITIONAL TERMS

In exchange for the applicable membership fees, Just Believe Fit grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to access, view, use, and display the Content for private, non-commercial use.
Memberships and subscriptions are limited to the holder/s of the membership.
