Accessed via a roller door from a cobblestone laneway, our beautiful, long space has high ceilings and natural light and a 70msq space that can be utilised. A butterfly art-installation graces the walls, as well as ballet barres and mirrors and there is an elevated stage at the front of the room.

– $40/hr +GST for one-off bookings, up to 3 hours.
– $35/hr + GST for 3 or more hours
– $35/hr + GST Multiple blocks of prebooked 1-3 hr bookings
– $30/hr + GST Multiple blocks of bookings more than 3 hrs
LEASE CONDITIONS
No shoes in the studio except dance shoes.

Street parking available in Gooch Street and Raleigh Street. Parking limits in some areas.
