It was a winner at the Just Dream Big Urban Retreat and so here it is… a regular Pilates for Back Health class on the weekly timetable.
Pilates is your back’s best friend – it strengthens the stablising muscles of the spine, prevents and decreases back pain, strengthens core support for the back, teaches good alignment and provides gentle stretches for tight back muscles.

Dimi has been teaching Pilates since 2003. Trained in Pilates Mat level 1&2, Pilates Props, Pilates Reformer, Pilates on the Swiss Ball. As a trained dancer, Dimi understands the desire to be strong, flexible and enjoy the way your body and mind respond to each other. Teaching Pilates at three gyms across Melbourne, as well as running a successful Pilates personal training business, Dimi loves to create interesting, fun, challenging sequences that keep her clients motivated for more. Movement, technique and breath are the three cornerstones to her Pilates philosophy.
