Our most popular class, this no fuss Pilates, Yoga and Functional fitness that challenges the body without stressing the brain. Improve core strength, muscular endurance, standing balance and overall mobility. These classes uses a range of props and ae adapted to the needs of participants on a given day. All classes are different so you can be assured that you will never get bored and that your body will benefit from learning new skills and exercises. This class is also delivered online and, weather permitting, sometimes inJohnsom Park, Northcote.

This class is suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome

MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Mindful Movement is an holistic wellness practice that incorporates elements of mindfulness, Yoga, Qigong, Pilates, functional training and mobility exercises.

Practicing Mindful Movement helps to cultivate greater awareness of the mind, deepens connection to the breath and is a practical way to embody ancient spiritual wisdom and philosophy.

It is a class that is suitable for all levels and abilities and a wonderful way to ease out the stresses of the modern world

STRETCH CLASS VARIETIES

All of our stretch classes are steady paced and non-impact which focus purely on improving flexibility and ironing out the wrinkles in both mind and body. Utilising breath and slow, sustained flexibility exercises this class is suitable for all levels and particularly beneficial to people who find it difficult to incorporate stretching into their normal fitness routine

SIMPLY STRETCH AND RELEASE

Take the time that you need to focus purely on flexibility and get assistance in learning different techniques that suit your body. Simply Stretch utilises props such as foam rollers, therabands and the support of the ballet barre to access all parts of the body … even those you didn’t realise you had.
